My friend is a practitioner and he advises to avoid the following products: salt, sugar, baking soda, vinegar, pepper, coffee, cacao, chocolate, white bread, strong tea, all kinds of alcohol. All these products have substitutions which are around you:

  1. sea salt must be taken instead of ordinary salt (2:1), or one may take garlic, turnip, horseradish with lemon juice and vegetable oil in his/her dish;
  2. honey, raisin, figs, or any other dried fruit – instead of sugar;
  3. coffee drinks made from outs, barley, chicory – instead of natural coffee;
  4. herbal tea – instead of strong black tea.
  5. use bread made without salt (porridge bread, rye bread, etc.);
  6. such products like canned vegetables, marinades, smoked meat or fish, painted drinks must be taken away from your food. They are provocative and break metabolism in the body. Eat salad made from raw vegetables and fruit.
  7. frying products must be excluded from the meals;
  8. such drinks like Coca-cola, and Pepsi are not recommended, because they contain various harmful additives. Home-made juices are good for your health.
