Salads

 

    
         Cucumbers. Take cucumbers (4 pieces), peel them, cut into circles. Season with dill and add lemon juice (2 tsp) and vegetable oil (1-2 tsp). All products are available.

        Carrots and turnip. Carrots (2 pieces) and small turnips (2 pieces), peel them and grind. Season with parsley (2 tsp), add vegetable oil (2-3 tsp). Mix the contents. Decorate with carrots and turnip’s pieces.

        Melon and pumpkin. Grind pumpkin (200 g), cut melon into thin slices (200 g), add lemon juice (2 tsp), mixed with honey (2 tsp).

        Beat and turnip. Grind cooked and peeled beat (4 pieces) and peeled turnip (1). Water plums till swelling (20-25 minutes). Then take away stones from the plums and cut thoroughly. Mix with beat and turnip and add vegetable oil.

        Tomatoes and apples. Try new salad. Cut tomatoes into small pieces (3-4) and apples (3-4). Season with sour cream (3-4 tsp) and fresh dill.

        Summer salad. Peel and cook fresh potatoes (500 g). Then cut potatoes and cucumber into slices, sweet pepper (2 pieces) – into stripes. Add some dill. Put the contents into the dish, sprinkle with lemon juice and vegetable oil (2 tsp), mix thoroughly. Decorate yellow pepper’s leaves or use radish instead.
Carrots and horseradish. Grind carrots (2), cut horseradish (1/3 of the whole contents), mix, add some sour cream (1/3 of glass), and lemon juice and vinegar (1 tea spoon). Decorate with fresh parsley.
